This tender is for the provision of site surveillance, contract administration and superintendence services to deliver the Civil and Landscaping works for Stage 1A of the Garden City Cycle Route (Torrens Street, Braddon) for the construction phase of the project through to operational acceptance of the works and through to final acceptance inspections at the conclusion of the contractor’s Defects Liability Period.
