TI Facade and Roof Refurbishment

UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to complete the façade and roof remediation works of the existing Thompson Institute building located at 12 Innovation Parkway, Birtinya.

The roof and façade remediation has been identified as a priority and UniSC will be looking to complete these works once construction of the National PTSD Centre is completed. The objective of these works is to provide a water tight, code compliant building envelope to allow for safe occupancy for the end user.

The successful contractor will match the design intent of the new structure cladding and incorporate this into the existing structure, in accordance with the design documentation provided.
