This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Commission has recently completed a series of Enterprise Architecture reviews and as part of that review, a Data Architecture Strategy has been created. This strategy outlines that the Database Layer and associated Infrastructure and tools are a vital component in ensuring delivery of the Strategy.
The elements of the Strategy that the Commission needs to deliver against are listed below and include;
- Data Quality Management
- Data Indexing and Cataloguing
- Data Dictionaries
- Enterprise Data Model
- Meta-Data Management Systems
- Data Certification
- Central Data Repository
- Data science and Analytics
The Commission is seeking established firms to provide specific and targeted Architecture and Design services as specified in in the attached requirements document.
