Tender Description
Horizon Power issues this EOI seeking responses from parties interested in entering into a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Horizon Power to supply renewable energy to Horizon Power in Gascoyne Junction and Microgrid 2 (the Project).
In summary, the Scope of Work involves the delivery of two remote renewable microgrid solutions with the following objectives (Project Objectives):
- Innovation and/or acceleration in developing and deploying equipment and technology solutions that enable the decarbonisation of the two microgrids.
- Improved resilience and reliability of electricity supply in regional areas and
- Resolution of one or more remaining barriers to deploying hydrogen-based technologies into remote locations.
