BUILDERS INTERESTED IN TENDERING For construction of a new 2 1/2 storey Senior School building at Orange Christian School are invited to register their interest, which should include information on their technical and financial capability to undertake the work.
The building works are comprised of 8 GLA's (Art & Science), 2 Collaborative Spaces, Senior Common room, support Seminar and Staff rooms, as well as associated toilets across the two floors. At basement level Maintenance Store and PDHPE Store. Externally COLA and Outdoor Learning Area including associated external lift, stairs, and paving areas.
The tender panel will be limited, and the final composition will be at the discretion of the selection panel. The project is scheduled to be tendered end of January 2024.
