ABOUT THE TENDER:

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors interested in being appointed to contract CON00397 Maintenance Cleaning of Yarrila Place Coffs Harbour, which is the City of Coffs Harbour's brand new seven-floor cultural and civic building in the heart of Coffs Harbour. This is one of three maintenance cleaning tenders which are being run concurrently by the City. The City intends appoint a single successful proponent under a legally binding arrangement for contract CON00397.

The second tender is CON00398 for the maintenance cleaning of two sports precincts namely CEx Coffs International Stadium in Coffs Harbour and Wiigulga Sports Complex in Woolgoolga. The third tender is CON00399 which covers the maintenance cleaning of around 20 other smaller sites. Both CON00398 and Con00399 will be published via online forum.
