Expression of Interest for the dismantle & removal of the Roma Saleyards Old Bull Ring Seating

⁠⁠⁠Maranoa Regional Council invites expressions of interest from businesses and non-profit community organizations, who are interested in dismantling and removing the Roma Saleyards old bull ring.

The bull ring is located at 44589 Warrego Highway, Roma QLD 4455, described as Part of Lot 24 on Plan 299286 (Roma Saleyards). The building is commonly referred to as the old Bull Ring. The structure is on Council owned Freehold land.

The bull ring tiered seating incorporates six (6) tiers of seating with roof. There is a section of approximately nine (9) metres that Council will retain which is not seating, but is the front section (entrance into the seating).

Electricity and water have been disconnected.
