Tender Description
The Design and Construct Head Contractor (HC) scope will include further developing the existing Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP) design (to the extent specified) and the subsequent critical building works to address workplace safety issues for the ACT Pathology laboratory on Level 3, Building 10 in the Canberra Hospital.
The Works involve the expansion of the limited and cramped ACT Pathology laboratory space, which will require upgrading and
refurbishment of current layout and relocating of critical building services including fire compartments, hydraulic services, and
ventilation / air conditioning infrastructure. The expansion of the laboratory and the refurbishment of areas of level 3 aims to ensure
ACT Pathology services can continue sustainably in the current location while a new purpose lab will be built within a new building.

This Request for 21220-DOC-002 includes confidential information. Suppliers are advised there will be two tender boxes as follows:
21220-DOC-002 and
21220-RFT-002.
Suppliers must complete the Deed of Confidentiality found in 21220-DOC-002 and submit electronically through the Tenders ACT system to gain access to the confidential documents contained in tender box 21220-RFT-002.
Tender submission are to be uploaded in 21220-RFT-002 box.
