Tender Description
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the removal of the Pontville damaged bridge and reinstate a new precast single lane bridge whilst create new foundations and reinstating the affected areas around the bridge.
Parks Victoria requires a suitably qualified and experienced civil bridge contractor to undertake works at Pontville bridge to remove the damaged bridge and its foundations and create new foundations as documented to install a new single land precast bridge, the tenderer will be required to obtain a building permit, planning permission from Manningham Council has already been obtained.

Notes: Site Visit (non-mandatory) at Pontville Bridge Templestowe. Meet across the road from 15 Websters Rd, Templestowe at the gate to Green Gully Trail. This is highly advisable to discuss access options, and the requirements for using Tikalara Causeway.
