Marina and Grounds Maintenance Contractor

⁠⁠⁠Mannum Waters Marina is owned by Community Corporation 27862 which is made up of 155 Berth Owners and managed by an elected Committee.

The Corporation is seeking a Contractor to undertake the work of Marina and Grounds Maintenance. The successful Contractor will hold the necessary ABN and Insurances and will be able to offer a complete service to the Marina Community.

The Corporation will also consider applications from individuals seeking a permanent full time employment position.

Once you have the Scope of Works, your completed Tender application must be lodged with the Corporation via email committee.mannumwatersmarina@gmail.com.au by close of business on 22nd December 2023.
