Tender Description
The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (the Hospital) invites Tenders for the provision of eReferral Management System.
As part of the Hospital's move away from paper-based processing of referral documents, a new digital workflow solution is required to integrate with existing administrative and clinical systems.
The key requirements of the required solution will include:
- providing a digital workflow which enables both administrative and clinical triage of referrals.
- capturing and recording metadata for referrals
- recording clinical prioritisation (urgency) of referrals which can be modified.
- enabling lookup of the Patient Management System to allocate existing URN or generate new URN.
- allowing acceptance and rejection of referrals
- handling referrals received through secure messaging or fax.
- enabling digital reply to correspondence to referrers
- producing data/statistical analysis for reporting purposes
