Wyndham City Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors in construction of large landfill cells for: 1) the construction of an interim cap on Cell 4 West; 2) the construction of Cell 7 Basal Liner at Wyndham Refuse Disposal Facility, Werribee.
