⁠⁠⁠The works include the Garden Island Defence Precinct in Woolloomooloo, Sydney.

Garden Island Defence Precinct (GIDP) Gun Wharf (NSW):

• Demolish the existing Gun Wharf at Garden Island

• Construct a new pier for Self-Propelled Water & Fuel Lighter (SPWFL).

• Provision of cope points and connecting dispensing pipework/ pumps from the DFI to provide fuel, power, and water connections to suit design vessels.

The Building Code 2016 does not apply.

WHS Accreditation Scheme

The WHS Accreditation Scheme pursuant to the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth) does apply.

Indigenous Procurement Policy

Joint Bids

PWC Act

The works described in the Invitation to Register Interest are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
