Council is seeking a consultant to investigate bicycle infrastructure improvements:

• along South Road between Beach Road/Esplanade and Dingley Bypass; and

• connection to Moorabbin Railway Station from Hampton East and Moorabbin.

This project is a collaborative project between the City of Glen Eira, City of Bayside, City of Kingston and the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP)."

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" and not to any Indvidual Council Officer. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

Council is not bound to accept any Offer, including the lowest priced, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.
