The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2324-032 for the provision of Ryans Reserve Rejuvenation Project – Construction.

The contract is to construct the new Ryans Reserve located at 85 Broad Gully Road, Diamond Creek 3085, as per approved design.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provide to deliver the works.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 28 February 2024 with a practical completion date of 31 October 2024.

NB: This project is fully funded via an external state government grant. The indicated budget for the project is $1,000,000.
