Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from registered commercial building companies for building works at St Brigid’s College, 97 Robinson Street, Horsham, VIC, 3400.
The works comprise of the refurbishment of approximately 820m2 of existing building into Food Technology, Canteen, Multipurpose, Presentation Space, Well Being Area, First Aid and Student Amenities and associated site works, including external decking, access stairs and ramps.
Construction is anticipated to commence in March 2024.
