Horizon Power and Shire of Carnarvon is releasing this RFT as a joint RFT to seek Offers for the Carnarvon Residential House Builds to construct four residential dwelling on four lots in Carnarvon. The intent of this partnership is to maximise value for money. Tender evaluation and negotiation will be undertaken jointly. Separate contracts will then be awarded between the successful tenderer and the respective Principal (Horizon Power or the Shire of Carnarvon).
