Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites tenders for the carrying out of
Supply for Technical Equipment and Production Management Services for the City Engagement Program of events including CityTalks in accordance with this Request for Tender.
Summary of Services
A (1) Supply of technical equipment, production services, onsite production and technical operators and digital design services - Audio, visual, lighting, staging, videography and closed captioning, livestreaming, 3D projections (holograms), production and show running, editing of digital slides and staging as required for all CityTalks and major events - defined as CityTalks, global and national conferences elements, summits and forums.
And
B (1) Supply of technical equipment, production services, onsite production and technical operators and graphic design services - Audio, visual, lighting, staging, videography, production, and show running, editing of slides and embedded videos as required for all City Engagement Affiliated events - defined as briefings, workshops, and community meetings.
The initial term for this contract is for three (3) year with an option to extend for two (2) years at the City's discretion.
