Tender Description

Darebin City Council is seeking a competitive tender from a suitably qualified builder for the construction of the John Hall Reserve Pavilion in Dunne Street, Bundoora.

The scope of works broadly includes the following activities:

Demolition of existing pavilion and services
Earthworks and removal of contaminated material off site;
Construction of a single storey, predominantly brick and blockwork sporting pavilion;
Construction services works associated with the pavilion including:

Electrical works
Plumbing works
Mechanical works

External landscaping and ancillary works including:

vegetation
hard landscaping
installation of new vehicle access to John Hall Oval

Commission and handover the building to Council
