Tender Description
The University of Western Australia wishes to seek tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations interested in working with UWA for the provision of cleaning services across a number of University campuses and sites.
The key services will be: building cleaning services and carpet cleaning services.
The sites are as listed in the documentation.
The expected outcome is to engage a cleaning contractor for a services term of 5 years plus a Transition In Period of 90 days.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 35 Stirling Highway, Crawley at 21 Nov, 2023 10:00 AM.
A mandatory Tender briefing and site visit will be held as follows

A register of attendees will be maintained for the mandatory briefing session. Tenderers must be registered on the site briefing register and have signed the register for a Tender Submission to be considered valid.
Please provide the details (name, position, phone number and email) of each of the representatives attending the site visit via email to sourcing-finserv@uwa.edu.au by noon Monday 20th November 2023.
Please Note: Additional briefings will not be provided.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
