Tender Description
This study aims to review what has changed since the Community, Early Years and Sporting Infrastructure Plans were developed in 2020-21 for the townships of Maffra, Stratford and surrounds. It will assist Council identify where infrastructure investment should be made and where there are opportunities co-locate complementary activities and to rationalise underutilized facilities. The consultant will provide Council with options that meet the service needs of identified community groups. The facilities should accommodate services that complement each other and create flexible use.
