The project aims to maintain a robust wastewater surveillance program through this tender, ensuring timely collection of data to inform COVID-19 response and enhancing public health safety.
We are seeking to engage a single contractor to oversee all aspects of the program, which includes establishing and maintaining relationships with water utilities, analytical laboratory and, if necessary, potential sub-contractors. The Department of Health will exclusively liaise with this selected contractor or a designated representative from any subcontractor, as required, to obtain expert advice and manage the wastewater surveillance program for SARS-CoV-2 in Victorian catchments.
