This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DFAT has a requirement for to seek a suitably qualified individual to work within the Finance Division to assess the adequacy of current capital budgeting practices and processes, to identify deficiencies and develop a workplan to move towards best practice (Phase 1 and 2), with Phase 3 as an extension option. Given the current the Departmental Capital Budget (DCB) investment in ICT, strong ICT and budgeting experience is required to support this work. The funding of these assets is set through annual departmental budget allocations in line with financial frameworks and rules.
