Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for construction of Warm Water Pool Amenities Upgrade and Refurbishment of Fitness Rooms at WaterMarc, 1 Flintoff Street Greensborough Vic 3088.
General Scope summary:
• Securing the site, setting out of works.
• Demolition works for both rooms in the warm water pool area.
• Addition of new sliding door to Changing Places room.
• Modifications to rooms as per attached drawings.
• Supply new fittings and accessories where noted.
• Demolition works in fitness rooms.
• Upgrade of floors.
• Supply and install new audio visual and electrical fittings.
• Supply and install new joinery.
Council reserves the right to award part of the scope of works based on its available budget.
