Consulate Waiting Area Renovation – Sydney

⁠⁠⁠The Consulate General of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for a requirement to renovate the Consulate Waiting Room and Shop Back Area in two stages of the U.S. Consulate General, Sydney.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order resulting from this request for quotations to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract for standard services under a Purchase Order contract for services.

A site visit will occur on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 10:30am. For an offeror’s quotation to be considered by the Government, a representative of the offeror must attend a pre-proposal site visit, and all prospective quoters are invited to attend. The site location and registration information, including the registration deadline, is noted in the proposal package.

Response Date:

Quotations are due November 24, 2023, at 5:00pm local time in Sydney, Australia. No quotations will be accepted after this date/time.
