Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of construction documentation, construction and commissioning works for the Hornsby Park Embellishments - Stage 1 - Southern Lookout.

Section 2 - Specifications provides further detail, including Council's requirement regarding Separable Portions.

All interested parties are invited to submit Tenders in accordance with the Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be in writing and must contain the documents, information and details as set out in the Conditions of Tender.

A Tender must be lodged electronically in two (2) separate parts via the ONLINE portal for Tender submissions prior to the Closing Time on the Closing Date as set out in the Tender documents.

The first part of the Tender must include all of the Non-Price documents and Schedules, must be clearly labelled as: HPE Stage 1 RFT23-2023 NON PRICE "Contractor Name" and must only be lodged via the portal in the electronic tender box marked "Non Price".

The second part of the Tender must only include the duly completed Pricing Schedules to be submitted in both Word and Excel formats as provided as part of Section 3A of the Request for Tender. It must be clearly labelled as: HPE Stage 1 RFT23-2023 PRICING SCHEDULE "Contractor Name" and must only be lodged via the online portal in the electronic tender box marked "Price".

Failure to lodge according to these requirements may result in a Tender being deemed a Non-Conforming Tender, which may be set aside from further consideration at Council's absolute discretion.

A site-wide REF (Review of Environmental Factors) has been completed for Council assessment and approval, in order for the various works packages to proceed to Tender and construction.
