Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors for the Rosnay (Auburn) Golf Course Irrigation Upgrade work. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.

Contract: AS 4000 - 1997

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on the 9 November 2023 at 11:00 AM.

Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
