The Heart Foundation seeks to engage a skilled and experienced evaluator to evaluate the Tasmanian Heart Foundation Walking program. The purpose of the program is to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease within Tasmania, by increasing the number of people from priority groups and areas participating in the Heart Foundation Walking program. The purpose of this process and outcome evaluation is to determine the overall outcomes of the program. It will provide accountability; lessons learned and make recommendations for future planning and implementation.
