This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water (DCCEEW) requires the services of a Seller to develop a business case that will support an application to Government for additional funding for a new Commonwealth entity, Environment Protection Australia (EPA). Specifically, the business case must identify the establishment and ongoing costs associated with building an independent ICT environment for the EPA. The business case will therefore form part of the 2024-25 budget submission.
