Valuation Panel

⁠⁠⁠Manningham is looking to establish a Valuation Panel to perform Valuations on Public Spaces and other Valuation Services included but not limited to: Sale, Purchase, Foreclosures, Rental, and Acquisitions.

Local businesses are encouraged to apply.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in Tender Search.

The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councilors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
