We are seeking the services of a vendor to audit our current registers of our infrastructure, software, applications, and cloud-based services against our actual on-premises and cloud-based environments, filling in any gaps and expanding the dataset to include information about business criticality and the usages of each of the items.

The confidence of accuracy and expanded view of our ICT environment, relationships and usage is required to support and provide context to our:

• Infrastructure management, patching, security, replacement, and de-commissioning planning
• Application portfolio management
• Strategic and future state architecture planning
• Technology roadmap planning
• Cyber security and risk assurance activities.

We are also seeking to implement an approach to the on-going management of our ICT Portfolio view. To do this we will require advice regarding process and tooling solutions that would support this in our specific environment of platforms, applications and support arrangements.
