BlueCollar Staffing Services for Sprayline Road Services

⁠⁠⁠This RFT relates to the Contract (CONTRACT) for provision of Staffing Services to SRS.

The State seeks the participation of and responses from Tenderers who can comply with the requirements as set out in Part B – Specifications.

The State also seeks to identify Tenderers who can demonstrate commitment and collaboration over the term of the contractual period to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency and productivity for the mutual benefit of the State and Tenderers.

Objectives

The key objectives of this staffing services procurement are to:

1. Drive workforce sustainability;
2. Seek continuous improvement in service quality;
3. Establish robust provider accountability mechanisms;
4. Drive operational efficiency, where possible;
5. Embed reporting and data management processes to inform service planning;
6. Drive and enable diversity, gender equity and inclusivity in workforce; and
7. Deliver social and sustainable outcomes through this engagement that benefit the Victorian community through the Victorian Government’s Social Procurement Framework (SPF). The SPF outcomes advance the following objectives:
