Tender Description
Council (the Principal), in response to RFx572.1 is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations or individuals to demolish and construct a new 5th hole (Par 3) as per specifications at Woodville Golf Course.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract
CONTRACT: AS4906-2002. It is expected that the works be completed by November 2023.
A site inspection has not been organised for this RFx, however, it is expected that respondents familiarise themselves with the site and conditions prior to providing a submission.
Woodville Golf Course is located at 118 Rawson Road, Guildford, NSW 2161.
