Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council wish to appoint a panel of suppliers who are who are appropriately qualified and experienced to undertake all aspects of Building/Carpentry/Handyman, Electrical and Plumbing Works as required across the Shire.
Works under this Contract are not guaranteed and will be on an “as required” basis.
The Contract will be awarded for an initial five (5) year period with an option, at Council’s sole discretion, to offer a further two x one-year extensions (up to a maximum of seven (7) years).
Pricing will be based on a Schedule of Rates for each year of the contract period.
Council anticipates that this panel could be drawn on for a wide variety of projects at (as an example):
- Sporting and recreation facilities
- Library and community/public facilities
- Public amenities and public space developments
- Heritage listed buildings.
- Council offices and buildings.
The type of works would include (but not limited to):
- Repairs, additions, removal, replacement
- Office and building renovations.
- Structural construction
