This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The aim of this procurement is to engage a supplier to assist the Families and Communities Stream to work through a number of business improvement opportunities that have been identified through the recent ‘How We Work Survey’. The Survey identified the three elements that if effectively managed will assist the stream to adequately support the efficient delivery of expected outcomes and the achievement of the streams vision.
Elements for Improvement
- Forward planning and strategic connections to effectively forward plan future work across the stream
- The right skills and tools to address knowledge and capability gaps.
- Streamlined administration processes to eliminate inconsistencies, duplications and complexities.
Supplier to deliver:
- Change management and communications regarding the scope, role and intent of the Business Improvement Project
- Establish and enable stream communications and executive messaging.
- Develop and establish stream employee value proposition and core enabling resource capability.
- Increased capacity for policy development and review
- Efficient administrative and reporting processes to reduce duplication and ensure sensible and consistent triage.
- Collaborative engagement and information sharing across policy areas within the Stream, and with other Streams and DSS enabling services.
