Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified Consultants to undertake comprehensive community and stakeholder consultation and to conduct local research with families and key service providers in Swan Hill to understand:
1. Childcare needs.
2. The implications of the roll out of Three-Year-Old Kindergarten and Best Start, Best Life Reforms on infrastructure needs.
3. Potential sites for a Family and Children’s Hub in Swan Hill for the Maternal and Child Health Service and suitable partnership options for co-location consideration.
4. Early Years Services Workforce challenges – including Childcare, Kindergarten, Maternal & Child Health and Out of School Hours Care.
