Tender Description
Gold Coast Waterways Authority is seeking the services of a suitably qualified planning consultant to design and develop the Waterways Place Strategy, as described in more detail in the documents as follows:
- Part 1 and 2 - Request for Tender
- Part 3 - Conditions of Tendering
- Part 4 - Contract
- Part 5 - Scope
- Part 6 - Returnable Schedules
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- placemaking and place-based planning
- strategic and statutory planning
- maritime and waterways planning
- stakeholder and community engagement including First Nations
- social research and customer/user sentiment
- estuarine and tidal waterway environmental management
- GIS modelling and data analysis
- graphic design
- preparation and delivery of an integrated suite of reports and supporting documentation for government clients (including report writing, spatial mapping, and external facing summary documentation)
