North East Water is seeking to engage a Principal Contractor for the design and construction of a series of new sewer gravity mains to service the Northern Growth Area (NGA) and Southern Growth Area (SGA) in Wangaratta, Victoria.

The location for the works as listed below.

These Sites are located approximately 5 km from Wangaratta's central business district.

The scope of works includes the supply of all materials, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the works:

- NGA North Gravity Sewer Site: located in the parcel of land bound by Wangandary Road to the north, Christensen Lane to the east, Lindner Road to the south, and Reith Road to the west.

- NGA East Gravity Sewer Site: located within the Williams Road reserve from the intersection with Christensen Lane and Three Mile Creek.

- NGA South Gravity Sewer Site: located in the parcel of land bound by Lindner Road to the north, Worland Road to the east, Cruse Street to the south, and Reith Road to the west.

- SGA Gravity road reserve sites running along Cribbes Road immediately west of Rattray Avenues for 280m, then running north along Rattray Avenue reserve over a distance of 562m.

- SGA Gravity sewer sites on greenfield and brownfield sites in the southern growth area over a distance 636m.
