Coliban Water invites Expressions of Interest for delivery partners for sewer and water network upgrades throughout north-central Victoria. The scope of works includes the early contractor involvement (ECI), design and construction of new and upgraded sewer and water network assets. We are seeking two contractors to deliver the planned network program, which will take place between 2024-2033. Location of the works will be the Coliban Region.

Please note that there will be no online forum, however queries will be accepted by email and phone up until 2:00pm, Friday 17th November 2023. Question and Answer addendums will be posted on the site intermittently.

Note that Fair Jobs Code, Local Jobs First and Social Procurement requirements will form part of this tender.
