Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This residential property is utilised as a field base for operations within the Sounds. There is a requirement to upgrade this site including but not limited to the following: Cladding, electrical, flooring, kitchen & laundry and windows. The site is located close to the airport and within a protected area. Due to the significance of the site and its location a site visit is recommended but not mandatory when submitting a tender.
