Tender Description
The provision of a quality assured contract for renewal and reconstruction of 2 existing En-Tout-Cas courts (Courts 4,5) to concrete acrylic surface, at Exner Reserve (Scoresby Recreation Reserve). Works included within the contract scope include the following:
• Reconstruction of existing tennis court pavement and resurfacing of acrylic surface;
• Installation of new tennis court enclosure fencing and gates;
• Replacement of perimeter Kerb and Channel;
• Renewal of adjacent disabled bay carpark pavement and linemarking;
• Construction of concrete footpath, steps, synthetic grass covering and paving edging;
• Drainage and associated works; and
• Design and installation of tennis court lighting system.
The prospective contractors shall visit the sites so as to be fully acquainted with the physical characteristics of the site before submitting the tender. Tenderers will be required to submit a detailed works program and intended methodology for the entire works and this will form a key element of the evaluation process.
