Two (2) Articulated Wheel Loaders

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (The Principal) requires the supply and delivery of two (2) Articulated Wheel Loaders with enclosed air-conditioned cabins, general purpose buckets, and grapple buckets with quick hitch, for the purpose of collecting green and general waste from verges within the City.

The Principal’s expectation is that the vehicle is to be delivered within six (6) months from the issue of an official Purchase Order. Should this not be possible then it will need to be made clear within the tender submission with an anticipated delivery date.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Tenderers are required to address all requirements as outlined in the request;

Failure to comply shall deem your submission non-compliant; and

Compliance to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 and when requested be able to provide a Modern Slavery Statement as required by the Act
