PURPOSE: Electrical installation at the Trangie Truck Wash

INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline of 4.00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 27th October 2023.

DOCUMENTS: Tender documents must be obtained after registration (see below).

INFORMATION: All enquiries should be directed to Manager of Engineering Services via the online forum .

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer shall:

- submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderer's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;

- not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;

- not engage in any form of collusive practice;

- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be lodged via the electronic tender box (preferred) (refer to Part 4 - Conditions of Tendering) and must use the attached version of Part 7 - Tender Schedules.

All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Tender Box MUST be in PDF FORMAT and submitted as ONE (1) complete document unless otherwise specified in the Tender document. Tenders that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming Tenders AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
