Sale of 7-19 Hillyard Street Pialba

⁠⁠⁠Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Developers for the sale of 7-19 Hillyard Street, Pialba. The proposal must align with Hervey Bay City Centre Master Plan.

This tender process will be evaluated in the following two stages:

- 1st stage is to be value for money and short listing of tenderers, evaluation scored as per council policy and procedure, weightings and criteria can be seen below in 3.2.3. Council’s Executive Leadership Team will approve short listed tenderers.

- 2nd stage involves the short-listed tenderers only and they will be assessed on different criteria excluding price, this can be seen below in 3.2.5. The evaluation panel will conduct an initial individual score with a final group score assessment for the recommendation. Tenderers will provide a presentation which includes concept design and other requirements that are listed at their own expense.

The response form is attached as a separate document and has been included to allow Tenderers to respond to the Invitation to Offer. It is a requirement of the Invitation to Offer that the response form be fully completed for each offer submitted.

Tenderers must ensure that the font, question, numbering and headings of the response form are not altered in any way, unless consent has been granted by the Principal.

Tenderers who fail to comply with any of the above requirements may at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Principal be considered to have submitted a non-conforming tender.
