Sale of Proposed Lot and Residential Dwelling

Murweh Shire Council invites tenders for the sale of a proposed lot comprising part of Lot 2 on SP130272, located at 3 Kyte Street, Charleville, Queensland. The proposed lot includes an existing residential dwelling. The proposed lot is not a registered lot and does not currently have its own separate street address; the address given is indicative only.

About

The proposed lot is expected to have an area of approximately 1100.84m2, subject to final survey and registration of the relevant plan of reconfiguration. The lot will be created by way of boundary realignment between Lot 13 on CP C140243 and Lot 2 on SP130272, both owned by Council, subject to all necessary approvals and registration of the relevant plan of reconfiguration.

Murweh Shire Council will be solely responsible, at its own cost and risk, for engaging a licensed surveyor, preparing and obtaining approval of the plan of reconfiguration, and for registration of the approved plan with Titles Queensland.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The sale is not contingent on the final surveyed area, and no adjustment to the purchase price will be made for any variation in area
• The sale is conditional on the reconfiguration being approved and the plan of reconfiguration being registered
• Council makes no representation or warranty that the proposed lot can be created, approved or registered
• The proposed lot is connected to water and sewerage; the successful tenderer will be solely responsible, at its own cost and risk, for arranging and paying for the connection of any services that are not currently connected to the land
• Council makes no representation or warranty that any other services are available to the land
• The land and residential dwelling are sold on an "as is, where is" basis, including as to the structural condition and habitability of the dwelling and its compliance with any building or statutory requirements
• Council makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, habitability or fitness for any purpose of the dwelling
• Council is not bound to accept the highest price or any tender, or any clarification, alteration or amendment of a tender
