The City of Cockburn is seeking Quotations for Consultancy Services (Yangebup Little Rush Lake Signage and Interpretation Plan).

By submitting a response you acknowledge and comply with:
- the City Standard Terms & Conditions / Statement of Business Ethics (refer to: Policies, Terms and Conditions );
- having read and fully understand the Scope of Works/Service requirements provided in Tab A - Scope of Works and provided a response that complies with the requirements of the Request;
- the Modern Slavery Act 2018 and when requested be able to provide a Modern Slavery Statement as required by the Act; and
- all quotations are to remain valid period of no less than 90 days from date of request close
