Asset Management of Sewer Pipes

⁠⁠⁠CNSWJO and its member councils are seeking to identify suitably qualified and experienced persons to submit a Quotation/Tender for one or more of the following for the supply of asset management of sewer pipes, including the following:

1. Condition Assessment of Gravity Sewer and Stormwater Mains using CCTV (Separable Portion A);
2. Smoke Testing of Sewer Service Lines (Separable Portion B); and
3. Pipe Relining (Separable Portion C)

It is mandatory for all tenderers to respond to Volume 2 response schedules sections 1 through 9. Respondents must then provide a response to one or more of the optional Separable Portions A, B and/or C. Each Separable portion includes its own individual Pricing attachment.

Please read the questions carefully and ensure all requested documentation is attached. All responses must be input into the designated response areas within the online form. Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFX are to be made in writing through this portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFX (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.

IMPORTANT – Tenderers are to note that they should leave ample time to upload the responses and documents into the portal and not leave until just before the closing time.

Tenderers who fail to submit their entire response by the deadline and request to send their Tender/Response after the closing date/time will not be accepted as a Late Tender.
