Tender Description
The Shire of Denmark is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver the replacement of the timber retaining seawall at Ocean Beach (Denmark WA).
The Scope of Works includes:
- Demolition of the existing boat shed and timber retaining wall and removal of materials from the site.
- Stockpile and sort existing rock scour protection onsite for re-use.
- Temporary works.
- Construction of the new Seawall including:
o Supply and installation of steel piles for the Retaining Wall.
o Supply of materials and installation of the Retaining Wall including walers, vinyl sheet piles, geofabric, and jarrah cladding.
o Rock scour protection.
o Backfill and compaction.
- Beach and dune renourishment, including beach scraping.
