Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified, skilled, and experienced Irrigation Contractor to undertake the supply and installation of Irrigation system renewals.
The irrigation systems renewals required under this request are to be undertaken at:
a) Anning Park, South Lake
b) Beeliar Reserve, Beeliar, Western Australia.
Tenderers are to submit three pricing options:
1. to undertake works at both reserves (Anning and Beeliar), awarded as one contract,
2. to undertake only the works at Anning Reserve, and
3. to undertake only the works at Beeliar Reserve
The Principal may award the Contract to a Sole Tenderer (to undertake both reserves as one (1) contract or to undertake works at only one (1) reserve) or to Multiple Tenderers (each Contractor to undertake work at one (1) reserve).
The Principal will appoint an in-house Project Manager to undertake the role of the Principal’s Representative.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of twenty-six (26) weeks from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months.
The Contract is expected to be awarded in November 2023.
The Principal proposes that the works be undertaken in March, April, and May 2024.
