Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠NPDC is looking for an experienced construction company who have delivered similar projects within the last five years. The build needs to be outside of the Okato pool season (November - March) to avoid disruption to users.

Imagine Architecture have produced a design and specifications for a dual unisex toilet / changing / shower facility at the Okato Pool to be sited adjacent to the existing office block. The building has a 19.3sqm footprint and will contain a toilet, hand basin, bench seat, shower and baby change table.
